I’m a lacto-ovo vegetarian. Dairy, eggs and (in general) cheeses are fine. I’m also allergic to almonds, peanuts, hazelnuts, pistachios and macadamia nuts. Cashews, walnuts, pecans, and pine nuts are fine (and delicious). Raw soy seems to be a problem–I react to soy milk–but other forms of soy included cooked tofu, soy sauce, and so forth are totally fine.

I also generally prefer to avoid raw carrots, fried foods, large amounts of butter or oil, and meals focused on simple carbs, but I’m not going to be picky about this stuff.
